During my long stays in Paris in my student days, the yellow LAJAUNIE box with its liquorice lozenges always had its permanent place in my bag. And so I wanted to create a piece of jewelry from these splendid boxes - in memory of a fabulous time with French culture. Each time I am back in Paris I buy a LAJAUNIE box for my bag, for if you have lived in Paris in your youth you hold the city in your heart forever. |
